    Error Code: i2501

    I keep getting Error Code: i2501 whenever I try to make a payment on mogstation whether it's adding a subscription or trying to get a world transfer. I managed to bypass the sub by buying a time card and registering that, but I've had no luck with world transfer. My sub is essentially wasting away since I'm stuck on NA servers but living in Japan.

    I've contacted customer support and I've tried using mogstation on several different Wi-fi networks as well as my phone's data but all of them result in the same error. I was told they'd submit a report but I have no idea on the eta it'll take to get this resolved. I'd just like to be able to play the game.

    The best place to address a i2501 error is by contacting support directly. It typically takes 24 hours for the escalated ticket to be resolved. If the issue still persists please contact them again and let them know it has been 24 hours and you are still getting the error.
