I think the above should give you around 89 points. So you can drop the body or legs or feet And still get 80+. Unfortunately this week looks like it's a hard week to get 80+ for <lv60. The ones below lv60 needs to get Allagan weapon instead of boots and scarf, and should still get barely 80. Alternatively, if you have Allagan weapon, you can drop 2 of the other themed pieces.
(I got a 78 when dropping legs and feet to test if the SAM feet one works - and it doesn't. So The cheap option above works for NIN, healers, and casters if you drop legs, otherwise you need the leg piece)

People were selling the allagan weapon aetherstones for 200K initially, though, which is kind of silly when considering I was able to get at least one per six minute solo kill of Twintania.
