Ring could be Gysahl Ring. But that's DoW/DoM retainer only so I'm not too sure unless there's another method to get them. It could also be Glass Pumpkin Ring from floor 200 Palace of the Dead.

I think they take a bit too many liberties with the translations when it comes to the Fashion Report (Or hints in general, if the S rank hints are any indication).

The JP hints this time around are extremely literal by comparison:

Head: Beast ears
Chest: Underwear
Hands: Voluptous (This is apparently what the Scylla set is called in JP, which is all too appropriate for the female version, not so much the male)
Legs: Sexy
Ring: Ingredient

Most of the choices seems pretty obvious save for the leg slot, as there's a ton of things that fit that description.

I'm learning towards:

Head: Werewolf Ears
Chest: Hempen Undershirt/Camise
Hands: Scylla's Gloves of Casting/Healing
Legs: Coeurl Beach Tanga/Pareo
Ring: Any of the egg rings from the past spring events

Not really. The Samurai week the BIS Katana was the upgraded Shiva Katana and that can't be dyed. It's just that the BIS naturally gave the extra points you get for dying automatically. So Scylla gloves might just give +3 extra points for being BIS.

What about the Wolfliege long gloves? Can be dyed, is for mage, is a wolf like Scyllas face.

Also for the ring it could be one of the eggs from Hatchling Tide events.

Unfortunately, cross checking with other languages, the gloves seem to be Scylla gloves because of the words they share with the item name in the other languages.

That could be the case. But it seems one of the objectives of Fashion Report is to breath new life into older content as well. So I wouldn't really find it that surprising if Scylla gloves are BIS.
