Body: Linen Survival Shirt HQ (Non-Dyeable)
Legs: Survival Slops HQ (Honey Yellow)
Ears: Behemoth Earring
Neck: Ribbon of Healing (Any Moogle Extreme necklace works)

This set-up got me the minimum requirement of 80 points on two different characters. I don't know if HQ is a factor but, my FC mate tried the same setup with a NQ Linen Survival Shirt and only got 73 points. Once he swapped to an HQ shirt, he was able to score 80 points.

I was unable to get a Flat Cap because I couldn't get Toad Leather, so I tried using the Wool Knit Cap instead. I got 3 Stars with it. Sorry I didn't get a screenshot.

Survival Shirt is depleted in my server.. Does Linen Survival Shirt give as much as Survival Shirt?
Too bad it's hard to test without the Dark Green Dye which is also depleted..

Linen Survival Shirt works! I had one of those already and didn't realize there were two different types, so I used the Linen version. I received gold for it!

It's not dyable so you'll lose 3 points, if you just want the mgp from 80 points then it will be fine. It seems to be worth the same as an undyed survival shirt.

HQ makes no difference.

Weapon also makes no difference, but the lucis is the only dyable fishing rod, and you must be fisher to wear the gold hat.
