Making mandatory cutscenes dependent on there being a new player around is a bad idea. That will only create incidents where the new player is vote kicked so the rest can speedrun the dungeon.

In-spite of this....you can be damn sure vote-kicking a new player will cause GM Retaliation.....but people tend to not think past their own ego. (don't kid yourself - GM's will not think its funny or acceptable to do this - that being kicking a newbie because they don't want to see cut-scenes)
