Unable to buy an FC house

Hey there guys! So, my FC and I scraped together enough gil to buy an FC house, and with 4.2, the perfect spot opened up.

However, I keep getting the message, that the plot is still unable to be bought?

What does this mean(not literally, I fully understand what it means) and how long is the timer?

From what I understand of the changes, now when a plot opens up, it will be unavailable for purchase for a randomly determined (and unknown) amount of time. I would keep checking the placard and hope it opens soon.

With 4.2 they added a random timer to how long after a plot becomes available before you can actually purchase the plot. We have no idea how long the timer is, especially since it's a random amount of time (although we don't even know what the time frame could be).

You should (hopefully) have no trouble getting a house for your FC when the new wards open up next week, and all the plots will only be purchasable by FCs.
