Unable to Complete Version Check [30605][20446][404]

Getting this error when trying to update. Already tried some of the troubleshooting that steps that I've seen on other forums/threads: changed settings in internet explorer, altered the Boot Config File's BootVersionCheckMode from a 0 to a 1, disabled antivirus, etc.

    Still same error.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Can you elaborate on the kind of disconnect you are having?

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Frequency at which disconnect occurs
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

Does this error come up immediately, or is it in the middle of the download?

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

    - Frequency at which disconnect occurs won't connect at all
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue I've tried tweaking the config file to trigger a version update, resetting modem, changing internet explorer settings based on other forum posts, turning off firewall/antivirus

Does this error come up immediately, or is it in the middle of the download? comes up immediately upon starting the boot.exe file. The launcher doesn't even come up to start downloading patch files, it just fails during the boot process

    [30410][30607][10009][19900][12057]

Hi! I'm getting this error [30410][30607][10009][19900][12057].

    I am using a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)

I do not have any other games on this computer and I only use Steam and Discord, which does not affect the game.

I've already uninstalled and trashed the first download and reinstalled the game given by the SE site, also restarting my computer. I have also checked my computer updates and everything is up to date with my computer.

I don't know what else to do. I really want to play!

    Please help and assist. Thanks!

Looks like a System Restore got it working.
