Can't change gear inside dungeons

Frequency: Always
Party or solo: Solo and Party
Area and coordinates: Any dungeon/trial/instanced duty
Steps:
1. I equipped random gear before queueing up for "Duty Roulette: Trials" and "Duty Roulette: Level 50/60 Dungeons"
2. Queue popped up, accepted without changing gear
3. Beginning of the Dungeon/Trial, gear was still the same as before, decided I didn't want to go around with low level gear
4. "Of course I'll go back to my level 60 gear!"
5. Nope, you can't change gear inside a dungeon anymore.
6. "Abandon duty" ok, cool.

Always done that untill today, never had a problem... did something change, or?

EDIT: It only seems to happen by using the "Recommended Gear" option, I can actually change my gear manually...

Yes this is a bug with Recommended Gear and premade gearsets. You will actually get that same message if you hit a gearset for the exact gear you are wearing in a dungeon. I just tested it on my astrologian on one of my alts. I first tested it by taking off one ring and using recommended. It would give that message and not re equip the ring. Hitting the gearset for my astro gave the same message both with that ring off and after re equipping it so her gear was the exact same as the saved gear set.
