20k maybe under party buffs. I am 4.0 BIS and I hit between 15-20 pre emergency maintenance depending on buffs.

I've also been hitting over 20k, so if there was a nerf I certainly can't see it. Direct hit - crits are sweet

Depends on where you are. I was doing 20k inside Omega solo instance (thanks to the warrior of light buff we get in solo instances i guess) and 15k during deltascape and dungeons.

Were you doing the omega encounter when you encountered the 20k FCs? Because I rant through it today to notice 20k FCs and when our, it was 15-16k. I believe since the echo/encounter bonus gives you more HP/damage dealt and healing. Maybe that’s the cause of your concern.
