    Hello Kivan, Thank you for your response.

    Have you tried switching it to Direct X 9 to see if there are any changes? This can be changed on the launcher under Config, simply turn Direct X 11 mode off.

    Let us know if you are able to get into the game with these settings.

    Having the same issue on dx11 and dx9 but only when i try to load into Royal City of Rabanastre. Every other area of the game has been fine.

    It seems reinstalling fixed the issue for me for now.
