Thread: Non Complaint Thread [Patch 4.2]

The servers are down. Again.

This is a non complaint. This is an observation.

Much like the observation that fun new features I can't access is like having a new car that I can't drive. Or a meal I can't eat. It is tantalizing, yet beyond reach. As such, the new features are as fascinating as watching grass grow.

Again, that is a non complaint observation.

Chocobo saddle is nice for items I keep around but don't need at a moment's notice.
Elemental materia is garbage now, transmuted it all, cleared up more inventory for me than the glamour dresser.
Disabled the camera setting that locked in when you talked to NPCs. Always hated not being able to look around during some of that.
GATE changes are all pretty nice.
With 999 stacks, I can actually stockpile plenty of dark matter and never have to worry about running out for repairs for a long while. Plus all the other useful bits for that.
Performance UI is a nice change from dealing with clunky shortcuts and tweaking a dozen hotbars.
Looking forward to running new squad dungeons.

Tbh, I do kinda like the improved symmetry of the inventory changes, even if it caused a few minor issues for others.

I've liked everything about this patch. The glamour plate system is a great start and shows a lot of promise, the chocobo saddlebags are a great expansion to our inventory size, stacks of 999 are a really welcome addition for crafting and gathering, the deathclaw mount is one of my favourite so far, and we finally get Revenge Twofold on the orchestrion

I'm also pretty happy that only a few people in this thread somehow missed the memo and started whining about things.

sigh. wanted to get to the ananta tribe first, ended up having to do over 2 hours worth of sidequests (annoyingly having to waste the exp without suitable level jobs), finally get to the last few quests and BANG 2 hour maintenance (that they couldn't even announce officially in chat for some weird reson). Chances of getting it done before reset are now slim to none.

so basically, as I was not given a chance to do any of the new content .... I can honestly say I have no complaints in regard to it.

Is it like the Moogle beast tribe quests, where you need to clear ALL side quests in the area to unlock it?
