The new Expanded Inventory View design

I'm not apologizing for them, I don't like the new window either. Just trying to figure out WHY. Gimme back my old window, I don't mind it being off.

I'd actually just like them to change it to show four sections. Since they're 35 each now, then we would actually get to see our entire inventory at once, and have a net gain of 40 slots visible. Sure, it would be large, but I can live with that. Or have three settings that will display one section, two sections, and then four sections.

Then they make everyone happy because the people bothered by the extra space get that gone, and we don't add to the clicks to access our inventory. It's going to suck to re-organize everything based on the new sections, but at least let me SEE it all if you're going to make me do that.

It works with retainers, too. We see four sections and click like we used to for the fifth.

I do not like this new change because of the 3rd tab, I been overlooking it a lot because it is combined with crystals.

I get the idea they where going with, trying to make the last 40 feel less awkward but the overall layout is confusing because of the 3rd tab.

Why not just give us 150 spaces for carry, 200 in retainer, make personal show 75 per tab and retainer 100 per tab? that way it is 2 tabs each.

At the end of the day I hope SE learns something from this, do not make changes people are not asking for without giving players some kind of trial or beta testing before officially releasing a change.

Also what "blank spaces to unlock" are people talking about? they said it was expanded to 140 items .. i mean... wth?

When they first expanded the inventory for SB, they said that they would add more at a later date (these are the unused slots one would see if they were using the Expanded interface). But there were apparently issues, and the inventory was never increased a second time after SB launch.

And now we have this...mess. I hate it so much. I dread having to reorganize my retainers because I had them all sorted a particularly way, and this new layout messed it all up. ;_; My OCD is triggered.

yeah i know what you mean, it seems like SE did another change to the game without thought on how it might effect people

Its just so strange. Everything now looks so cramped..The icons also seem to be bigger thanks to that...Give us at least the old one as an option back..I really dont understand how you could change it like that without the option for the old design still there..

They really do! I was wondering if it was just me having that impression or they really are, they probably are.

The worst part is that all my careful sorting went out the window.

I had gaps in the first "section" of expanded and it got filled up with random stuff when they re did it.

My retainers are a total nightmare now...

absolutely hate it! I wanted to see more, not less! it is hell to organize and look for something and it is just irritating to look at!
can we have the option to display all tubs at the same time as it was pre SB?? I can live with a bigger window.
