[Request] Enable blacklisting of users to hide their parties.

There's 3-10 parties constantly eating up the top slots of the party finder UI that are created only to advertise their selling services. These parties provide significant gameplay disruption, since they hide and obscure parties that actually do duties instead of sitting there afk for hours only tabbing in every 59min to refresh their ad. It also makes it harder to find roulette groups, since the duty finder UI reports roulette groups being available that are actually only advertising parties, creating a boy who cried wolf effect where it's easy to see 3-4 parties "available" and assume they're all ads (which they usually are).

    Requested solution:
    • Allow us to blacklist cross-server users without joining (I'm incapable of blacklisting some of the users because ilvl req is too high. An example being the UCoB selling parties pre-4.2 parties that required 345 ilvl to join, despite the entire audience they're trying to sell to being thus unable to join.)
    • Alternative solution: Allow us to filter out and exclude parties for which we do not meet the minimum ilvl requirement. That would ensure that we could blacklist any parties we do not wish to see because we would be able to join then blacklist through the Social menu, or that the parties would not show up at all due to an ilvl too low to join.
Additionally, let us choose to have blacklisted parties to either be sorted to the very bottom, or perhaps not show up at all. Currently, parties hosted by blacklisted users are still sorted normally but slightly greyed out, which results in the roulette advertisements to continue to be at the top blocking other potential parties.

Either of those two solutions combined with sorting parties to the bottom or being hidden would solve the problem of the unwanted spam parties, while still enabling the players in question to advertise to those who may be interested.

My guess is they've been working on it for a while but have been unable to get it functioning or are just unable to do it. It seems like one of the more basic functions the cross-server pf should have had on release.

Bard performing annoying you? Before the recent patch, you could have turned off sound effects for other players. Since the recent patch, you can turn off performance volume.

Bots, casinos, FC recruitment or just general public communication filling up your chat log? You can blacklist people or turn off various forms of chat that show up in your log.

Party member spamming the chat log in a duty? You can disable party chat or attempt to remove them.

A member in another alliance spamming the chat log? You can disable alliance chat.

But the PF ads like you describe? You can attempt to blacklist them...so they become even more prominent? Doesn't make any sense, especially since they're RMT.
