A housing idea thoughts please!

With the ability to not lose fixtures in houses, it would be nice to let ppl owning more then one choose which one they would like to keep and for a limited time, sell the house back to the market.I think it would be nice if we could share the house with all of our chars on the server, this way if 1 has a decor they wish to use on their house but it isn't the owner they can still use those to their advantage. With this idea in mind, I don't know about everyone but I have alts that I am constantly having to trade crafting items back and forth with (much of this will probably be fixed with the new stacking system unless you are a hardcore packrat like me!)many of us use the FC box to that advantage but some just do not have that luxury. Maybe since the personal house is being shared it can consist of an "account" box(shared with only chars on that said server of course)where people can put materials (trade able only) and such in the box to share with whichever alt chars they want.

I think this would be a nice way to handle the people finding the multi house owners being "grandfathered" into not having to part with those multiple properties. It doesn't punish the land traders but it at least would open the market for those who have not been able to get a house and still want one. After the set amount of time to sell the house back, if they haven't made a choice they will have to relinquish the old fashioned way. If anyone has thoughts or ideas I would love to hear them!
