It's a lettered patch. It's not supposed to have tons of content in it and no one is expecting some sort of epic adventure. But it smacks of just plain laziness (perhaps forced on them by the chronic spoonfeeding required by the Lodestone community?) to just have an NPC puke a Goobbue in your lap.

Nothing to do? Nothing to do? Between going for my Pick of the Luminary, Ifrit Gear, Moogle Gear, trying to get my Paragorns Crown, and trying to get to every node, not to mention farming seals for gear AND on top of that getting crafting job to 50 I have lots to do.

You could get all your DOL up to 50 Ian, or the rest of your crafting jobs there. I'm not trying to troll you im just surprised people actually don't have shit to do. I got too MUCH to do lol.

You do realize that getting every class to 50 or getting every node or getting all ifrit and moogle gear may not appeal to everyone...different folks, different strokes...someone once told me that just because quests and items are there doesn't mean you have to have them all...everything is not for everyone.
