The only thing unfair about the housing system is the fact that you can't have everyone owning a house of their choice on all of their characters.

SE doesn't need to take housing from anyone to make it "fair". SE needs to make housing available to everyone to make it fair.

Unless there are that many FC's hurting for a plot I don't see why it matters. if you're hoping for a personal house I hate to break it to you but that dream is dead, you're never getting one now. if you didn't get in you have a basically 0 chance of getting one unless you manage to scoop one up coming off a random timer which is probably as likely as winning the lottery

People on here screaming for those who own multiple houses, want them kicked to the curb, with no way to access ANY houses except on their main.

Apparently S/E devs are capitalists and they do not agree with you.
This is a video game but market board is functioning as free market because S/E did not enforced a default value when you list the item.

if enough people voice they're disapporval of the multi plot owners SE will step up to remove ownership from people with multi homes let them pick one private home and an fc home if they are leader then remove the rest so others can buy a place for fc or private home use

You couldn't charge me for something I didn't request, nor want. A luxury tax also is not something you would find in a true Capitalist ideal. A tax by definition, is wealth redistribution. You don't even understand how Capitalism works.
