I notice ppl likes to go calling greedy most players, plus hating/judging them, for owning multiple houses. But I wonder if they ever stop and try to apply that "moral" glasses for themselves and notice that envy and toxicity is not much better.

Completely didn't even think about families and couples, your all so right. It just didn't dawn on me.

Feel really bad because i'm single and live alone. Should have considered there's lots and lots of people who play/live together.

That being said, we do still have the worry about a "slippery slope" fallacy, and hence why I think instanced would work best, added to the current housing we already have.

As long as 1 person is allowed to buy and pay for more than 1 subscription/account you can bet people will have 2 accounts to own multiple housing.

The new restriction is too easy to bypass that way. Hopefully enough plots/wards for everyone will make all the problems go away, and everyone happy.

What about when you share home (no console) with a familiar or spouse or partner that also plays? lol

This is exactly what they should do. The amount of toxicity I see in these threads is mind boggling. Every time I post in them explaining the situation in detail people ignore it so they can continue their toxic agenda. For example on my server if every FC that could buy a house did from the new wards, there would only be 124 FCs w/out houses. Not every FC will buy a house so there will be houses available for personal use. More wards added later (4.3?) will only further close the gap. Stop attacking people, have some patience you will get a house.

Even if you cant belive it but yes its realy connection issues, i dont know how things and connection are on your server when it came back on but on our it whas pretty bad for the first hour. There where dcs, lags and stuff like that, people witch normaly didnt had any issues got kicked when they tried to enter a ward and where stucked in the Login Que again. Our que whas realy high because everyone tried to login in time to get a house.

In your chase i would say you where just lucky or you dont play on an overpopulated server.

its not that simple as far as i know.Im sure plenty are useing scripts to keep spamming connect to get into the servers.When you have too many trying to connect to server at same time not everyone will be so lucky to get in.
There's also the issue of a lot of players having themselves or friends trade spam other players to prevent them for purchase.Although im sure most are ready for this time and have their characters set to not be able to send trade requests.

It's more of timing no need for scripts. Also where you log off makes a huge difference. We have a dedicated line for gaming and some even decided to go early to starbucks before it opened. You would be surprise it works after they close. So they all made sacrifices. Scripts are just an excuse people use. Yes people could spam them so you look for places less likely they would. Still no excuse.

I'm pretty sure they don't, Common sense is dead now a days and most people just want a trophy for trying so that it does not feel unfair.

Hmmm Flaming; To engage in an online argument usually involving unfounded personal attacks by one or more parties. Not really it can be said it goes both ways. Just like owners see it as jealousy which in fact is a result of their hard work vs the crowed that claims it's unfair do to less effort of sacrifices. Over all it's the same thing different sides of the coin.

On that side note keep in mind that keeping extra homes is being grandfathered. If they get demolish, they lose it. The only way to really make a profit on them is to sale the account or transfer ownership via FC rules. Man hard to believe after SE made new rules people still complain it's unfair.
