    I guess the rumored MCH buffs to compensate for the hypercharge nerf are coming in 4.25 if anything.

    MCH was buffed through a bug fix. Turret damage is going up to compensate for the Hypercharge reduction. It might actually be more correct to say that the 6% Hypercharge was a band-aid fix for the turret bug and now that the bug is fixed they can move it back to 5%.
