4.25, as it has always been. It is there to spread out content, not because of development delays.

Actually, relics have always been released at a .15 patch. So they are late in comparison. But they did mention Eureka won't be coming until 4.25 since about the beginning of SB (I think the latter is what you mean by "always been"?).

4.25 or later even i think. But at this point the devs probably (finally)realise they can't keep delaying it any longer, since we supposedly will have a LL in 2 weeks explaining Eureka.
