I would love if they finally implemented a method to sort these patch notes by expansion. As someone still getting through HW (and back before during ARR), it does me little good to know what they're adding/adjusting in the SB content.

Usually, if it's specific to certain expansions, they'll name it by patch cycle numbers (2.x, 3.x, 4.x)

He means he wants an option to see the 2.0 and 3.0 changes without scrolling through all the 4.0 changes

Of course. But it's a lot of scrolling through 4.0 stuff to get to the bits that will affect my play.

I never saw anyone very excited for this, even though I know it was in the preliminary, but we no longer get hit with Heavy while riding mounts. I get what that was all about, but it was seriously just annoying more than anything.

Still very glad that elemental materia will no longer clog up space, and fewer loser prizes when converting.
I'm interested to see what changes they've made to some old ARR gear (such as circlets or ring bands) that previously had multiple variations for each element. With elemental stats gone, that could leave all that gear just being duplicates with slightly different colored gemstones.

That's right. Maybe they didnt bother to put in all QOL changes?

There are QOL changes present that are far more minor than that one

I know, that's why i said they might not put it all in the notes. But we'll just have to see tomorrow.
