Being able to kick people out of your apartment

I wanted to vacate my apartment and move to one on the first page since it opened up, but my friend AFKed in my room and went out so I'm unable to vacate.

Perhaps in a next patch, add a feature to kick unwanted guests out of the room or make it so when you change the estate setting to private, it removes everyone but yourself.
