Can be purchased at the Gold Saucer for about 500 MGP for the sake of giving the place some bit of purpose, and would allow the user to go into their key items wherever they are and check the Market Board. However, they cannot buy from it, needing to go to an actual board to do so.

Benefits those mid-hunt, simply don't want to move from their idle posing spot, and even at weddings to be that guy. Cannot be accessible in dungeons but I'd consider the safe area between floors in PotD fine.
