I just ticked it off. Hopefully to solve it up. Thanks and sorry for taking so long. I did not see the second page until recently.

Thank you for the update.
Please let us know if that solved it.
you have your mouse button bound to Right Alt which on EU keyboards can be AltGr. that key waits for a second letter to be pressed so you can type glyphs like â. try switching it to LAlt
Thank you for the suggestion cheolsu.
Hopefully this may be of some use.
We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

The problem actually happens with LAlt, I switched to AltGr and is not giving me problems. The problem of pressing ALT to tab between windows or using ascii code is. But thanks!
I ticked it ["sticky keys"] off and the problem persists.
Thank you for the update xDaemianx.
At this point, I would suggest submitting a bug report in the bug report forum.
Make sure to give as much detail as possible and follow the template as outlined in the following thread: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...-THIS-FIRST%29
This thread will be moved to the 'Closed Concerns' subforum as this issue is being addressed via another method.
Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
