    Joke aside, the main issue is people caring too much about the meta etc without understanding the outside.
    SAM atm is badly viewed because it bring nothing to a group but it's forgetting that, it only apply to group aiming speed kill (and even that it only goes for a small portion of the raid scene), and not just the common player who just want a clear. But in the long term, SAM do need either a flat buff on certain skill or a change to adapt for this issue.

    For exemple Seigan/Merciful Eyes should be changed to encourage a more risk-reward gameplay as for now, Seigan isn't worth using over Shinten unless at specific times in a fight. To balance it out the kenki should either reduced to 10 to encourage its use or it should do add something either another bleed or debuff to the target while Merciful Eyes should give a buff along with the heal.
    Just a quick idea hastly written.

    Eh? It's always worth using, Seigan has more potency per Kenki spent. Granted, it's an extremely minimal DPS increase and should feel way more rewarding than it currently does, but it's still there; there's absolutely no reason not to use Third Eye and Seigan for unavoidable damage.
