It's been known for a long time now that Chocobo Armor is coming in 1.21. :x

They just happened to post the article the day 1.20b was being released.

well congrats on the pile of seals. But they already said that the armor would not be coming untill .21 in the road map. Up shot is you probably got a jump on what you needed any way.

I know, I know. I was hoping that maybe it got pushed up to this patch. I'm really looking forward to 1.21 hopefully just a few weeks away.

And SE please tease us with info about 1.21 soon! like recipe changes! You gave crafters a long heads up about revamps, time toss us cooks and alchemists a bone!
