What happened to 100% totem and kupo nut charm drop rate in 1.20b?

I could of sworn it was said somewhere that totems and charms would be 100% drop rate in 1.20b, but yet it's nowhere in the patch notes, was it pushed back till 1.21 what gives?

I don't remember them ever giving a time for when that would happen if it even happens. They did say they were going to look in to it and possibly change it though. I don't have the quote but a dev mentioned it.

sigh that was the only thing that i thought was in 1.20b that was even worth it imo, ill get the gobbue mount just to have but ill never use it doesnt seem right to me to ride a gobbue lol oh well guess ill be bored till 1.21

All these things they are "looking into/considering" take time to research if it is a good idea or not and exactly how to implement the changes. I would rather they take some time to really think about the effects it will have then them to slap it in and we cry cuz it breaks something. Hurrying almost always leads to more work in the end.

i know there are things to do its just whatever i do i end up bored after 15 mins and falling asleep. no other MMO seems fun to me tried wow hate it along with those clones etc id play another game but tbh i dont even have the money to play this im just barely getting by, so atm its between this and absolutely nothing to do but watch tv lol
