Dear Minfilia,
I didn’t know what I was signing myself up for when I was approached in Uldah.
That was until I met you.
You changed the way I looked at adventuring, I was smitten with you the moment I saw you.
My heart fell for you like a Lalafell punted off the top of Kugane Tower.
My love for you was as endless as the DPS dungeon queue on patch day.
For you, I would even endure Raublock EX and Pipin savage again, if that meant I could bathe in your Brilliant light once more.
The times we spent together when there was a miniscule amount of downtime were the best times of my existence.
I think back to the time I stormed the imperial base to save you. I was prepared to raze the base if I had to.
And believe me I could.
I felt the prayer you lifted up to Hydaelyn, to bring me to safety after the ultima weapon. I never thanked you properly for that.
I think back to the party that was thrown in our honour, and everything that transpired after that.
I remember when it was just us two and before I could tell you how I felt, you ran back to help Yshtola.
I laid awake wondering where you were, I kept asking myself were you safe or were you in danger.
It was later that I found out you had joined the mother crystal, you promised you would return. I will hold you to that promise, you are dearly missed.
I’m a dime a dozen, if I disappear there will be ten more to take my place as savior; but there will only ever be one of you.
I pray you return to us. To me.
