In optimal 1v1 play, yea it got a bit of a nerf. But that really only applies to a niche part of the game with static groups who coordinate. But for like 95% of everything else, it was a massive buff and I dare say WAR is overpowered at this point with how easy and convenient the job is. Running Fractal (HM) with all 3 tanks, WAR by far is the best of the bunch. I was very skeptical but after playing around with it for a long while I much prefer this faster and more convenient play style. Sure there's less hype behind your burst phases due to 90 second cooldowns over 60/120 but the job on it's own is much more entertaining overall in my opinion. It was either Deliverance-FC burst or it was snooze town as you wait for them to go off CD.

This is really only a nerf to super unrealistic, high end play against savage content and attack dummies in coordinated statics. And it's a fair nerf considering how much more of their kit got a massive buff to compensate.
