Updated roles.

So group 3 and 4, have not cleared o4s and group 5 has, am I reading that correctly?

Groups 3 and 4 have members have cleared 03s and some have cleared 04s.
Group 5 has not cleared 03s as a whole (some not all) as they were late to this patch but geared up and hitting sigma early on.
