Sadly I agree it is meh. I don't think the 4.3 change is going to change much of anything.

We will still see some players left behind. Bosses will still melt.

Well, in the run I did, people were actually taking their time, killing everything, waiting for the newbie to catch up, etc. I suppose once you weed out all the bad players that were impatient before these changes, it's better.

However, again, wait times are an issue as is how long the cutscenes add onto the dungeon.
