    They could just make the cutscenes skippable when doing both dungeons unsynced. Then those who want to rush through it can do so with the help of a friend, and those who want to experience it the intended way can wait in queue to do so. Additionally the MSQ roulette should count for the newest tank mount achievements. This could speed up the queue times a bit.

    Only if it'll give you two ticks for the achiev because you can easily run 2 other instances that count for the same amount of time spent in there. Maybe more depending on content and how capable your party is. For instance, you could probably run 3, maybe even 4 Susano or Lakshmi ex runs for the same amount of time.
