Please Reconsider MSQ Changes

I know it’s totally individual, and I’m also tuning out of the cutscenes when repeatedly running the roulette now (and I’m in the Castrum now as I type this during cutscenes), but when I get my alt to that point in the story I’ll certainly be watching them again. As a daily run, watching everything is the equivalent of reading just one chapter in a long book over and over, and I wouldn’t want to do that - but when I’ve read the entire book up to that point, it makes no sense to skip that chapter. It’ll be the rare chance to actually experience it in its proper context, with the surrounding cutscenes and unrepeatable in-game scenes that come before and after it. I’ll enjoy seeing those characters take part in some of the most epic scenes in the game.

For anyone feeling like it’s an issue that they will have to sit through cutscenes as part of playing the MSQ - do you enjoy the story, or are you mostly playing it for the gameplay? Do you skip all the other cutscenes on your alts, or is it just an issue that these ones can’t be skipped because you’ve been through this particular dungeon so many times? I can’t comprehend that experiencing the climax of a story could feel like a greater chore than the hours of quests that got you to that point. I accept that you feel that way, but I couldn’t bear to miss it.

I really can't understand why they did it this way honestly yes make it unable to skip IF new person is in there, however I do not agree with forcing a complete group of players who actually want to speed run it and are not new shouldn't forced to watch cut scenes they seen.

The easier fix would of been to set it up so it can detect a group with a new person and a group with no new person they already can do it since it does it with the new guy bonus. All this fix has done is made it where I will not touch the MSQ roulette as the tomes isn't worth it nor is the exp for the time it takes to sit through it, and on that note am sure am not alone and the queues are probably long now I haven't tried since the one time after the patch came and saw how the exp was pretty much the same and half the party went afk during cutscenes to watch Netflix which made it even longer.

So you haven't tried it except once since it was changed but you're sure it's longer. Interesting take.
