It's no players fault that they paced these dungeons badly. You cannot blame people for not wanting to sit and watch someone watch cut scenes for an hour.
Indeed. This is the biggest screw up (and possibly the only major screw up) I've ever seen SE do so far. as such it stands out horribly and I thought they were smarter than this. This is literal "a 10 year old could do better" territory.
