If they want this content to be more a player helping experience, then doesn't that fit the bill of a mentor? Rather than offer more poetics which honestly lose their value for a majority of players it would make more sense to have a reward that fits what the MSQ Roulette is forcing on players, to be a mentor to the new players looking to finish X instance.
I don't think 'ability to sit through cut scene' is particularly Mentor worthy.
