Flaw: You can't build a squadron until after you've cleared Prae.
I used MSQ to level healers a little bit, since I don't feel confident enough to heal content that actually requires thought. Might just suffer through some squadron runs until it's not worth it.

not a bad idea but you might then be locking those dungeons behind quite a barrier.
It can take a fair amount of grind to get to max gc rank unlock squadrens let alone get some decent recruits and unlock command missions.
the increase to 200 poetics just isn't worth it. unless the exp boost is absolutely ridonculous like a guaranteed full level or more

Modify that idea slightly. Instead of taking your squadron with you, the 3 grand companies join together and throw a squadron your way. Melee/ranged DPS will be provided by the Adders, tanks will be provided by the Maelstrom, healers/casters will be provided by the Immortal Flames (playing into the supposed specialities of each GC).
White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
Seems you got that mixed up. Adders should be healers.Modify that idea slightly. Instead of taking your squadron with you, the 3 grand companies join together and throw a squadron your way. Sorry, I read it a bit fast and skipped that part.
Well, it could be indeed a solution considering the absolute mess this duty is since the beginning.
The sad part is that it's supposed to be one of the first 8-man content you do.
Or, they could make it a solo instaned but have the possibility to play it with friends if you want to.

Frankly, I love these new changes. It serves people right for just speeding through the dungeons and ruining the experience for the new players. Just the other day, my free company and I queued up with a total of seven people, and our eighth was a new player. We granted him the full experience instead of just speeding through, and he was having the time of his life.
Maybe people should learn to be more selfless instead of griping about changes that their own actions basically forced.
