With only four data points, there isn't enough data to say one way or the other. Even Mach with 65 it's still too few to really pinpoint, though there we can get a good idea that 5700 is on the higher end and 5000 on the lower, because there's many points in between.

That's how statistical data works. The more data you have, the better you can analyze and infer information from there. You cannot do this with 4 points. You can, at best, infer that the top 3 of the 4, being closely clustered, represent an average.

We can infer that given it's the hardest content available this tier, that they represent the average of the top (95-100), which is to say that I'd still rather take a machinist of the same skill level.
