If you queue for it on a 70. MSQ roulette and alliance roulette from my experience are mostly used for leveling. And still, anyone queueing for Alliance roulette knows it's going to take a certain amount of time and can still take forever depending on your group. And still a lot of people will be ok with investing that time in alliance roulette because you still get something, even if it's only for glamour be it the direct drops or upgrading the 200/230/260 gear so it's dyable (or you know upgrade it because you have a job at 60 who needs it). MSQ roulette gives you dirt.
