I'm not complaining about the flying itself, I'm complaining about the lack of any thought into how the mount should fly. As I said, fenrir, adamantoise, and kirin were all given extra mechanisms that explain their flight (as was the magitek armor mount), whereas christmas bear just floats with no partical effects or any kind of indication of the magic that holds him up. If the horses got wings like kirin, I would be totally on board, but it looks like we are just getting mounts that walk on thin air.

This is a poor extension of the answer to how all mounts can swim... "because magic".

Exactly, I want to SEE the magic of Christmas, there is so much wasted potential for the flying version of the bear.
