People don't care that much about it in normal dungeons. A first-timer in there watching the cutscenes isn't disruptive because it occurs literally twice: right at the beginning when you're still in the circle of waiting, and right before the last boss which is generally just a quick boss intro (the Stone Vigil one is pretty long). But in CM and Prae... holy crap there are a lot of them and they're all lengthy. That's the complaint here. Personally I don't mind if a new player wants to watch the cutscenes. I watched them. They're part of the story. But I don't think it's unreasonable for people to be frustrated with a 15 minute dungeon taking 45 minutes because of cutscenes.
