I knew Monk preferred Crit and the least favored was Skill Speed. I made the mistake once in not itemizing Monk properly in ARR and had 1000 skill speed which was obscene at the time. I just threw random pieces of gear at my monk that were of the highest item level. I burned through all my TP with Invig in 90 seconds. I was just really trying to figure out what was the next best.
