Not having a high usage of it doesn't mean you should remove it from your hotbar, cause there could still be situation where you'd need to use it.
Put it back on your hotbar.

But Physick is indeed rarely used because of Lustrate/Excog/Adlo and the fairy in end game content.

Other than that, Physick is fine.
Every healer need at least a low cost GCD heal they can spam (for whatever reasons).
Rarely used because of the other abilities indeed, but still has its place.
