I'll use it on the heads in Shinryu. It is also nice for use on tanks who like to pull big without using their cooldowns properly as filler, as they can easily chew through Fey Union & Excog. It's cheap so it can also see use when things are going terribly wrong, I'm out of mana and I just need to do something.

That said it certainly is the Scholar tool I use least. However I never, ever leave even niche tools off my hotkeys as any class. I want my full kit available and easily accessed even for things I'll only use once in a while.

Level-sync is also a thing and there are plenty of newbies who blunder into more damage than eos can keep up with.
