The auctions are being held outside of the amphitheater so that it is clear who is performing so that little to no people pass by

Note Square's Disclaimer about performance is this:
"When using the performance actions, you are strictly prohibited from performing the music of any third parties."
What to take from this: Will I be enforcing this into the competition? No, no I will not.
Upon Auditions you will be asked to send a letter to our designated host/hostess with your name, group members names if applicable and group name (groups of 2 or more only [not required for groups of 2])
Competitors cannot use a song that has already been claimed. If your song conflicts the latest received submission will have to change
In 4.2 we are gaining 4 new instruments that are not bard specific. You do not need to be a bard to participate
Disruptive behavior during another's performance will not be tolerated and will forfeit you from the competition.
You are allowed to perform in group of no more than 5.
More rules and regulations may be added but these were the most important.

The members of Remnants of Dawn are working hard to bring to this event to reality. While the event is already going to be outstanding, there is potential for it to be even better. Seeing how we are a group of 11 at the moment we seem to lack volunteers to help set up this event. Volunteers like Role-Players to work as vendors, adventurers to exchange tales of their travels, Healers to serve as medics ( So Im not held liable for any injuries the may come of this event [I mean it could happen ]) My point is there is alot that could become of this event and any help is very much appreciated.
