Asuming we still have to check the new WAR dps, releasing unchained complety broke the job, we almost going back to HW War, is imposible DRK can match any of both tanks now
WAR change is not confirmed a buff yet. Since it's not benefit from BL/BV/chain anymore and doesn’t sync with TA as good as before because berserk is “upgraded” to IR now. But for fun and planning I’d say it’s definitely a nerf, like most job from HW to SB.
As for DRK, while TBN buff is nice (it should be 7s on release tbh) it’s officially a meme now. 80s rotation basically only sync with major raid burst window twice per fight.
PLD is barely nerfed. It will still be one of the preferred tank with that much utility.

My first impression of the patch note is that WAR will be incredibly powerful
As a WAR my biggest concern now is with gearing. Changing our burst to a guaranteed 10 seconds of crit+DH is going to have an affect on their stat weights ( DH automatically loses some weight because it's a dead stat for 10 out of 90 seconds while crit will affect potency only), and there's a small chance gearing for SkS may be worth it for an extra FC in the window. Obviously not going full retard and shooting for 2.0 GCD, but ping depending there should be a spot between 2 and 2.5 where popping Inner Release between GCDs yields a 5th. Add to that Inner release making gauge cost 0, WAR have it ez mode in not even having to manage our gauges to save for burst. While I can't say for certain this is a dps buff for WAR, it does reduces the skill gap to DRG levels.

By the wording this also is a slight nerf to Equilibrium, since that scaled with attack power and Berserk/Inner Release now effects attacks.
The problem never came from WAR, the problem comes from SE not wanting to give anything meaningful to DRK
The rewhaule might have been needed I don't know. I'm happy they got it, imo WAR improvement shouldn't be impaired because DRK is slightly behind.
On the other hand, it is very disapointing that DRK got near to nothing. I don't think anyone was expecting a rework to the extent that WAR just received, but I don't know, just more
TBN duration buff is nice (probly the nicest buff)
And the CD reduction to delirium is "appreciable", however I hardly see how these change can be considered "An adjustement to DRK dps", if anything DRK dps has been adjusted by a nerf on PLD and probably WAR.
I was hoping for Dark Passenger mana cost reduction and a few potency buff (Like +20 to blood bath) at least
So we're definitely in a better position but only because the two other tank got nerfed.
However we still have no utility or nich.
