Will this work, and will it violate any TOS thing here, just checking.

You are allowed to create alts and transfer money to them and their retainers. There are no rules against that and if my understanding is correct if you pay to transfer your main all the characters can transfer with you for the same price. Obviously they'd all need to belong to the same FC to transfer funds back and you'd need the rights in that FC to move money that way unless you want to transfer 1 million at a time and have a friend act as an intermediate. A new FC might not be willing to give you access to their funds to do so.

I transfer funds to my alts all the time using the FC chest.
