I still find A and S ranks in older zones that no one bothers killing so I solo them on rdm. Nobody seems to care since all the active hunters are in SB areas. Only once did I have someone fly in and try shouting the location for an A rank but of course nobody else came. And this is on Balmung of all servers. The best way to combat "early" pullers and be involved is to actively hunt down the marks you want unfortunately :/ no amount of righteous crusades will have an effect if you use tactics SE themselves categorizes as griefing.
