What you think SE's intentions are for those guidelines arent exactly hidden based off that misrepresented Q/A in your signature. Those wards are intentionally different from instanced housing - we can so much as build virtual communities here. We can get that "hey neighbor" feeling. I suggest you to wake up and smell the coffee (alone in filled ward). I do understand in their current design why houses are demolished. I do not excuse the reasoning for housing items going bye-bye also. Fail housing system is fail and needs revamped.
