That's why they show you a list of stuff you are about to turn in, and ask you to confirm.

It's much better than submitting items one at a time. If someone hits ok, then realizes their mistake, so sad too bad.

If you haven't messed with keybinds, I believe the 0 on the numpad of a keyboard is a default confirmation. I simply speed through turning stuff in by pressing that since the confirmation box is a default yes without having to press anything else or move the mouse. Erm, that is if you play with those. I don't know about controllers.

Having, say, a checkbox by each item so you could select all the ones to turn in and submit all those items at once would be nice. That would allow people to save items they wanted to keep.
