Nothing wrong with the new housing adjustments. Most people got really sick of house flippers/hoarders ruining the housing stuff.

When they do these changes are they going to give back millions of gil that cost that player to buy the house and all items they will loose. Not even sure why there doing these change's when heard there going to have small, medium, and large apartment rooms. Can see now player owns 2 fc house's and player loose one of them. Then everyone in that fc that private rooms to it will loose them and maybe some items that can't be moved or put in storage.

FC houses won't be effected, only personal houses. Also FCs can only have a single house to begin with. When they do these changes are they going to give back millions of gil that cost that player to buy the house and all items they will loose. I can't make you see the light if you insist on being blind, prices in the Mog Shop keep on growing higher but if you're still fine with it go ahead and support it, I surely will not, the game doesn't give me enough in return of the money it asks for stuff!...
Heavensward was obviously better than Stormblood and there's no way to change that!...

I don't agree. I personally love Stormblood a lot more. It's what makes the world go around I suppose. And I might add there is a lot more of Stormblood yet to come before the next xpac.

Actually, prices in the mogstation have stayed the same. They have made some things character specific, but that has always been the case.I can't make you see the light if you insist on being blind, prices in the Mog Shop keep on growing higher but if you're still fine with it go ahead and support it, I surely will not, the game doesn't give me enough in return of the money it asks for stuff!...

And there is no obvious as to which expansion is better. 4.0 has been more populated, and that is the only metric we can go off of.

If you feel you're not getting your money's worth the best option is to vote with your wallet and unsub. For those of us who enjoy the game, we're staying subbed. Myself included. Sure, I'll balance it out with other games but even with all these supposed "price hikes", I still feel like I'm getting my money's worth. So I'm staying subbed. What's that phrase again... "You don't pay my sub!"
Makes me think, what if SE were to quadruple the service fee for those who had hoarded houses? So from £8.99/mth to £35.96/mth. Of course, we'd probably need popcorn for the ensuing rage, but aside from that I wonder what would happen?So... we're now expecting bad behavior to be rewarded by letting the flippers and hoarders pay less per month to make up for restrictions placed on all service accounts because of their actions? Nope. Not likely to happen, and IMO doesn't need to. The restriction is being placed to improve quality of life/gameplay for everyone.

White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

Lol, yes! If they'd treat extra housing like they do retainers and charge $2 per estate, the grandfathered hoarders would start dropping plots like hot potatoes once they were informed their monthly sub would be around $150. Now that would be a show, lol!
I think he's talking about the recent drama with item codes from physical merch, not cash shop items. Those have always been presented as account-wide, until recently when SE literally ninja-edited pages on their physical merchandise site to accommodate the sudden change, and were caught in the action by the playerbase. I want to say there's been an apology sent out since, but that no changes have been made to the items to make them account-wide again. Anyhow, it's a subject for another thread.
I don't understand how you came up with this assertion. The only chance it removes is that you (general you, of course) can make tons of in-game money by buying up and then price-gouging the playerbase for houses that would otherwise be up for grabs at their intended values, or the ability to decorate an entire ward as you please with absolute privacy. The chances it would give are to average players and FCs who want housing access but don't have time to level every crafter and corner every market on their server just to scratch up enough to afford housing in a game where the devs originally intended houses to be worth no more than the in-game prices they're set at.

No one is losing any houses, since the currently owned houses (both private and FC ones) are grandfathered. When they do these changes are they going to give back millions of gil that cost that player to buy the house and all items they will loose.
