CUL; is more of a support type using food which makes sense that it would not make much money.

ALC; is used in components that help with other crafting classes so no kidding it would be in higher demand.

YOU DO UNDERSTAND you can change specialist at any time.
"Change your specialist at any time" isn't a valid reason when you need ALC for literally every craft other than CUL. It effectively removes one choice from the pool of specialists if your goal is to be self sufficient.
